• Support decision-making at the executive level related to funding of acquisitions and financial risk management.

• Advanced knowledge and experience with banking sectors, especially in debt and equity areas.

• Manage credit facilities and lender relations.

• Oversee Kruger activities in the debt capital markets and manage on-going issues.

• Ensure that Kruger has the necessary credit facilities to meet current and future requirements.

• Lead or manage the financial analysis and recommendation processes as activities evolve.

Proven people management, relationship building and leadership skills

Managing all elements of accounting operations; payables, receivables, payroll, taxes, cashflow management and financial reporting.

Be knowledgeable about the latest and emerging macroeconomic and financial trends, and overall best practices to optimize company finances.

Automating of reporting systems for accounting and finance to create efficiencies.

Creating annual, quarterly and monthly reports of company finances (budget, actuals, forecast).

Oversee staffing/recruitment/training/coaching of direct reports in finance and accounting including partnering with HR (Human Resources) for performance reviews.

SENIOR EXECUTIVE FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT AND OPERATIONS (CFO,VICE PRESIDENTOF FINANCE, SENIOR DIRECTOR OF FINANCE): - RESPONSIBILITIES:

YOU ALSO HAVE (Experience/ Qualifications/ Skills Needed)

7+ years experience as a Senior Executive in Finance in a Retail Company or a CFO role in a Retail Organization.

Experience in finance in a Retail Organization is a Must

-Manage a small but strong team of Finance professionals

-Liaise with sales and operations to support business activities, including coordination of inventory management

-Experience leading a Finance department in a SaaS company

-Create financial plans and manage budget as directed by CEO and board of directors

-Distribute and manage communication of financial statements to board of directors and investors

-Manage day-to-day cash, including banking relationships, cash flow forecasting and cash flow analysis

At least 10 years of team management experience

Ensuring follow-ups with the team and management of our four factories on tactical and strategic issues surrounding profitability and operations optimization

Presenting financial information to factory managers and management

Relevant and progressive experience of at least 15 years, including several years with an accounting firm

Experience in a multi-site manufacturing environment
