Vice President Of Finance And Administration Jobs in Alberta

Minimum of 10 years’ progressive senior financial management experience in an oil and gas operating environment.

Strong understanding of corporate finance and performance management principles.

Ensure that the company complies with all legal and regulatory requirements.

Manage the capital request and budgeting processes

Manage the accounting, human resources, investor relations, legal, tax, and treasury functions

Oversee employee benefit plans, with particular emphasis on maximizing a cost effective benefits package.

Proven experience in accounting, administration, human resources, and office management;

Ability to work in a complex environment, with competing priorities and deadlines, and excellent time management skills;

Assists management with the preparation and processing of grant applications;

Oversees all facility management activities and liaises with facility landlords;

Maintaining up-to-date professional skills and knowledge through formal and informal training;
