DEC (college diploma) in administration and/or operations management or equivalent experience

Solve any issues, manage complaints and inquiries, escalate to your supervisor or inform stakeholders when necessary

Coordinate inventory status, delivery dates and other specific material order or supply requirements

Manage backorder processing, in accordance with guidelines

5 to 10 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing sector

Ideally 2-4 years of experience in a customer service role and/or purchasing & inventory control role preferably in a manufacturing environment

Three months to one year of previously related experience is preferred.

2. Previous banking experience and strong knowledge of general banking products considered an asset

Previous CALL CENTER/ Customer Service experience (bank branch, flight attendant, call center agent etc.)

1. Experience working in a team and metrics-based performance environment-40-60 calls/day
