Our Customer Service Representative acts as our customers' primary contact helping them place orders and receive their products. You'll be the face of Protek for our customers and their voice within our organization. Providing order confirmation & promise dates, answering questions, planning deliveries and invoicing customers are some of your main responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Must be comfortable with a manufacturing facility environment.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Ability to engage in collaborative discussions.
• Diligent with communicating customer requests.
• Ability to communicate in challenging conversations.
• Experience with MS Word, Excel, virtual conferencing, Google applications.
• Good customer facing skills, face to face, email, and phone skills.
