Overview:
A System Support Officer is responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, or software. They respond to queries, run diagnostic programs, isolate problems, and determine and implement solutions. They may also install, modify, and repair computer hardware and software.How To Become an System Support Officer:
To become a System Support Officer, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent. You may also need to have a degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field. Additionally, you should have experience with computer hardware and software, as well as customer service experience.System Support Officer Skills:
