Job Description
Mandate:


Reporting to the Department Manager, the Senior National System Support Associate will be responsible for delivering technical support to a diverse range of stakeholders, both internal and external, including Managers, Customer Service Representatives (CSRs), operations personnel, customs brokers, and overseas offices. Technical support includes, but is not limited to, diagnosing and resolving system issues, investigating and addressing customer inquiries, ensuring the accuracy of product descriptions, and identifying opportunities for training. The incumbent will also collaborate closely with stakeholders to implement technical solutions, in a timely manner.


Requirements:


  • Experience in CargoWise One system is considered an asset
  • College Diploma in the Logistics field is considered an asset
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in the freight forwarding industry
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Windows-based applications
  • CIFFA designation is considered an asset
