Updating all Subcontract Management registers (Change Orders, Extensions of Time, Subcontract status and key requirements, Subcontractor Payments etc.)

Ensure compliance with Alliance Management Plans and guidelines, Subcontract and Prime Contract requirements, the Construction Act and at law.

5+years’ experience in Senior Contract Administration, Quantity Surveying, Project Management or Contracts Management

Strong time management skills and the ability to multi-task and deliver in a fast-paced environment.

Drafting and implementation of Management Plans, Processes and Procedures.

Ensure strong strategic and proactive management of downstream Subcontracts including, but not limited to:

Proven experience in complex contract management and negotiations.

Experience with supplier relationship and performance management techniques and measurement.

Provides oversight and direction to a team of employees within subcontracts management department in accordance with the organization’s policies and procedures.

Engage and communicate efficiently with internal Customers and Stakeholders as necessary in executing Supplier requirements.

Ensure Supplier requirements are executed achieving favourable conditions and consistency with technical, program, cost and performance (quality and delivery) requirements.

Minimum 8 years of relevant experience performing similar activities.

Train and act as a resource for less experienced Operation’s team members.

Post-Secondary Education (Diploma/Degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, or relevant discipline).

Master’s degree in relevant discipline or Project Management certification (PMP).

Acting with urgency and bringing best practices in project management, project forecasting, and project reviews.

Ensure project deadlines, contractual requirements, engineering specs, and applicable codes are met.

Exceptional written and oral communication skills (particularly in cross-functional collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation).

Post secondary education in business or equivalent experience in a related field is an asset

Manage daily activities for Trading, Credit and Settlements team which includes oversight and handling of escalations from Analysts and Advisors

Demonstrate empathy and strong listening skills, and the ability to clearly articulate the client story with any issue that may arise

Maintain a strong knowledge of Dataphile and Salesforce

A strong knowledge of the investment industry including operational processes

Strong code management skills, including experience in branching, reviewing, and deploying code

Provide data requirements support, best practices guidance, and defect review for customers implementing Ivans’ API

Can work full-time from a remote location or one of the Applied offices

Experience working with XML and JSON data structures

Ability to manage multiple projects over multiple months

Experience in a pharma/biotech/Life Science industry a plus.
