Execute Project Management responsibilities for the Capital projects as part of the Digital Manufacturing Transformation.

Responsible for day to day management site automation within the cluster

Development of site and cluster budgets and management of spending for support, maintenance and lifecycle management in line with the standards

Leads a multifunctional team to design, implement and fully utilize new digital solutions that provides strong benefits for the Midwest cluster.

Owns benefit and saving tracking among project progression.

Automation operating areas including project engineering

Country clinical operations experience and/or regional study management experience

Participates in Functional Management Team (FMT) Meetings as required and applicable country-level project review meetings

Project and Program management including oversight of quality, study results, budgets and timelines

Clinical trial management systems and reporting tools

Maintains an effective collaborative partnership with all partners, ensuring aligned and collaborative approach to site’s experience with Amgen interactions.

Maintain country expertise, site knowledge to navigate with Amgen and sites with targeted and tailored communication;

Support the Financial Crimes management team in implementing the AML Compliance program and fraud strategy, ensuring key controls are effective.

Experience working through a 2nd line of defense in a banking environment is an asset.

Working knowledge of SQL is nice to have.

Lead the investigations workstream responsible for in-depth review and analysis of financial crime suspicions across multiple use cases.

Foster a collaborative environment with internal stakeholders as required, to ensure issues affecting the Financial Crimes team are escalated and resolved.

Support of Senior/Site Management, Operations Group and Safety Teams in implementing, maintaining and executing the Mikisew Group Safety Management Program

Support environmental management and sustainability initiatives, including waste management, emissions reductions, and resource conservation.

Ability to manage and prioritize competing responsibilities and tasks

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and various HSE Management Systems (SaaS) and audit processes

Manage emergency response planning and preparedness for the site, ensuring effective coordination and communication during emergencies.

Stay current with applicable HSE regulations, industry standards, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continually improve site HSE performance

Post-secondary education in a Certified Medical Office Administration Program or similar experience working in a medical office environment.

Essential daily responsibilities and duties as a Medical Office Administrator (MOA) or Medical Assistant (MA) for the clinic.

Overseeing any schedule changes (Endocrinology, Diabetes Education Program, Chiropody, and any other departments as required).

Responsible for distributing work assignments if manager not at the site.

1-2 years leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferred.

Proficient knowledge of Electronic Medical Records system (knowledge of Accuro, an asset).

Demonstrated project management skills, including experience managing contractors.

Liaise between the Site Services contractor and the Client Material Management team to ensure the contractor is meeting Client requirements.

Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management or a related field.

Proficient in the use of IT equipment and systems related to facilities management.

Supervise the contract for the installation of approximately 150 trailers, ensuring timelines and quality requirements are met.

Develop and manage the furniture installation program for the 150 trailers, coordinating with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution.

You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with acute attention to detail

Knowledge of Google Sheets and basic SQL is an asset

You're an effective communicator with strong organizational skills

Build and maintain schedules for the team and ensure adherence

Monitor data, alerts, and reporting to ensure rules are firing correctly

Build open, honest, and authentic relationships with your team and other leaders within the company to drive success

Excellent verbal, written, communication and time management skills

Responsible for site identification related resource management for studies including, but not limited to:

Project-specific financial management including, but not limited to:

Communicating changes to resource requirements (change in scope) to LM’s and central resourcing team

Proactive in identifying scope creep & communicating to Site ID Manager & PL.

Experience working in a pharmaceutical, biotech, contract research organization or clinical research site

Utilize written and verbal communication skills, interpersonal skills, and teamwork.

CGSB Level 2 Certification would be an asset

Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Lead position focused on work coordination, quality, safety and customer service.

Perform assigned NDE/NDT inspection methods.
