Lead the investigations workstream responsible for in-depth review and analysis of financial crime suspicions across multiple use cases.

Foster a collaborative environment with internal stakeholders as required, to ensure issues affecting the Financial Crimes team are escalated and resolved.

Support of Senior/Site Management, Operations Group and Safety Teams in implementing, maintaining and executing the Mikisew Group Safety Management Program

Support environmental management and sustainability initiatives, including waste management, emissions reductions, and resource conservation.

Ability to manage and prioritize competing responsibilities and tasks

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Including PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook) and various HSE Management Systems (SaaS) and audit processes

Manage emergency response planning and preparedness for the site, ensuring effective coordination and communication during emergencies.

Stay current with applicable HSE regulations, industry standards, and best practices, applying this knowledge to continually improve site HSE performance

Demonstrated project management skills, including experience managing contractors.

Liaise between the Site Services contractor and the Client Material Management team to ensure the contractor is meeting Client requirements.

Minimum of 5 years experience in facilities management or a related field.

Proficient in the use of IT equipment and systems related to facilities management.

Supervise the contract for the installation of approximately 150 trailers, ensuring timelines and quality requirements are met.

Develop and manage the furniture installation program for the 150 trailers, coordinating with vendors and internal teams for smooth execution.

You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills with acute attention to detail

Knowledge of Google Sheets and basic SQL is an asset

Build and maintain schedules for the team and ensure adherence

Monitor data, alerts, and reporting to ensure rules are firing correctly

Build open, honest, and authentic relationships with your team and other leaders within the company to drive success

CGSB Level 2 Certification would be an asset

Ability to solve problems and manage time effectively

Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week

Lead position focused on work coordination, quality, safety and customer service.

Perform assigned NDE/NDT inspection methods.
