Project Management Professional (PMP) certification preferred

Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered

Minimum five years of experience in a health care setting, with progressive responsibilities to supervisory level.

Demonstrated project leader experience, having planned and managed significant projects within the health field.

Demonstrated experience leading multiple projects with competing timelines and accountabilities.

Demonstrate strong leadership skills, excellent communication and ability to present complex issues with clarity and credibility.

Execute Project Management responsibilities for the Capital projects as part of the Digital Manufacturing Transformation.

Responsible for day to day management site automation within the cluster

Development of site and cluster budgets and management of spending for support, maintenance and lifecycle management in line with the standards

Leads a multifunctional team to design, implement and fully utilize new digital solutions that provides strong benefits for the Midwest cluster.

Owns benefit and saving tracking among project progression.

Automation operating areas including project engineering

Post-secondary education in a Certified Medical Office Administration Program or similar experience working in a medical office environment.

Essential daily responsibilities and duties as a Medical Office Administrator (MOA) or Medical Assistant (MA) for the clinic.

Overseeing any schedule changes (Endocrinology, Diabetes Education Program, Chiropody, and any other departments as required).

Responsible for distributing work assignments if manager not at the site.

1-2 years leadership experience in a healthcare setting, preferred.

Proficient knowledge of Electronic Medical Records system (knowledge of Accuro, an asset).
