Provide support to specific HR-led projects and/or initiatives as cascaded down from Global HR Operations management.

Experience working within HR Operations with knowledge of employee lifecycle processes preferred.

Build knowledge of location and/or division-specific practices, applying this to improve the future delivery of services.

Experience working within a customer service environment.

Demonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality, and manage sensitive data and/or employee matters.

Focused on employee experience and efficient process delivery.

Administer performance management process by training in our system, conducting follow ups, and record keeping

On-board new employees remotely or on site in locations across Canada for a smooth new hire experience

Prior experience presenting benefits to new employees both virtually and in person

Knowledge of Canadian benefits administration

Partner with managers in the business on feedback, review writing, performance improvement plans, and development plans

Manage employee relation concerns and resolution

Support the development of Change Management plans for various operational or HR initiatives as required

Use a consultative approach to build relationships with JV partner(s) to enhance the staffing experience for all stakeholders

Promote career opportunities within business units by engaging employees with transferable skills

Facilitate regular talent and business capability reviews and work with leaders on generating development roadmaps to build talent potential and experience.

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a progressive HR leadership role

Experience in a large, multi-faceted, matrix company is required

Proactive employee relations and case management. Conduct and/or participate in workplace investigation

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or Business Administration or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Communicate and collaborate with people leaders to enable manager self-reliance, empowerment, and successful people outcomes

Prior experience leading workplace investigations and organizational change

Experience in the financial services industry helpful

Experience with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.)

Exceptional time management, organizational, prioritization and follow-up skills

Knowledge of Workday, MS Office, and Service Now (or other case management tools) desired

Assist employees in a timely manner regarding benefits, compensation, immigration, leave of absence, HR policy and procedural questions

Maintain appropriate level of process, program, and policy knowledge in order to assist employees

Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience

Problem solving skills, focus on technology, process improvement, and continuous learning

A minimum of 5 years of experience in HR management and talent acquisition, with a focus on high-growth companies.

Experience in developing and implementing effective employee engagement and performance management strategies.

Strong leadership and management skills.

Develop and implement performance management processes to ensure high employee productivity and job satisfaction.

Experience working with remote teams and an understanding of remote team culture.

Develop and implement HR strategies and policies to support TIKTAL's growth and remote culture.
