Guide complex Services engagements to successful outcomes using Project Management experience, planning and negotiation skills, subject matter expertise and industry knowledge

Expertise in the deployment of knowledge management system such as a Learning Management System.

Experience driving change in HR management solutions.

Managing the project in Island Health’s project management system (JIRA) with project and task updates

In depth knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint capabilities and limitations.

Implementation of a system which requires significant change management and change in responsibility for all employees.

Experience in Agile project management

Full project budget management including timeline, scope and required resources

Prior experience working with premier clients as a Project or Account Manager

Partnering with our clients, recommending features and functionalities that will help them deliver the best event experience for their attendees

5 + years managing end to end projects ideally in the digital space, ideally Mobile experience

Nice to have: Scrum Master Certification and/or PMP designation

Post-secondary education with a focus on millwork or construction.

Industry experience in exhibits, museum, and retail and/or specialty construction/fabrication.

Technical knowledge of fabrication, millwork and interior building materials

Excellent Microsoft Office experience including Word, Excel and Outlook.

Preparing project costs, estimates, bill of materials and work orders.

Establishing schedules and critical path or project plan.

Comprehensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies.

Knowledge of capital project planning and implementation processes including design, construction and procurement within current standards, codes, bylaws and regulations.

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage planning, design and construction projects simultaneously.

Ability to interpret construction drawings and construction specifications.

Ability to supervise and provide direction to team members.

Demonstrated ability to identify, plan, organize, prioritize and implement projects in a timely manner.

Prior experience in property management industry not required but an asset

Reviewing agreements and creating spreadsheets of agreements that have not had an increase in management fees in the last 2 years.

Experience using Condo Manager, Yardi or Zoho not required but an asset

Ability to multi-task and manage multiple clients simultaneously.

Knowledge of project management software tools, such as Asana, Trello, or Jira, is a plus

Support the project management team with research, data analysis, and project planning

Familiarity with project management principles and methodologies is a plus

Degree or relevant experience in User Experience Design, Visual Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Fine Art, or a related discipline.

Experience in both app-based mobile design (iOS and Android) and web.

Experience with Figma, Adobe CS, JIRA, Confluence, as well as prototyping, and expert at adapting to a variety of software.

Confident presentation and storytelling skills.
