PAVRO Recruitment has partnered with a leading (and global) experiential marketing/design/ build firm in their hunt for a Senior Project Manager!

Your background:

A Project Management professional with demonstrated ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously. Great trouble shooter adept at finding solutions and solving problems.

You thrive in a fast paced, deadline driven work environment.

When you work on a project, you own it.

Our Project Managers are an integral part of the team that transforms ideas into experiences. They own multiple projects from concept through production and installation in partnership with a great team.

A typical day:

• Delivering great service to our clients.
• Managing project changes.
• Preparing project costs, estimates, bill of materials and work orders.
• Ensuring production complies with project deadlines and budget and providing solutions to issues.
• Identifying appropriate resources needed.
• Establishing schedules and critical path or project plan.
• Working in partnership with Sales and Client Services to ensure that the project needs and requirements of the client are determined and executed.

Who we are looking for:

• Industry experience in exhibits, museum, and retail and/or specialty construction/fabrication.
• Values working as part of a team and working collaboratively
• Excellent Microsoft Office experience including Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Willingness to do whatever needs to be done to get it right.
• Technical knowledge of fabrication, millwork and interior building materials
• Meticulously organized.
• Ability to work cross functionally with all internal departments.
• Resourceful and solution focused.
• Post-secondary education with a focus on millwork or construction.
