Manage and scale the Design Organization based on company needs across both Brand and Product

You are a Figma Master and have a deep and updated knowledge on design tools and engineering best practices

Define and maintain the design and quality bar for our product and our brand

You lean towards fast execution and is able to balance providing value to users quickly while building scalable solutions

You’ll lead the design team on a product that’s used by +150k users today, and millions tomorrow

Demonstrable experience in using Trello for Agile project management, with a good understanding of its features, plugins, and best practices.

Track and report on key program management metrics across enablement projects & priorities, including priority, capacity, effort, program execution and timelines.

Ability to track and project management metrics, using them to drive improvements in team performance and quality.

Deep understanding of Scrum principles and Agile methodologies, with proven experience in applying them in real-world settings

Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and remove obstacles that prevent the team from achieving their goals.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to facilitate dialogue between stakeholders at all levels.

Strong knowledge and experience manipulating data and working with applications such as Microsoft Excel, Power BI, Teams, and Sharepoint are preferred.

Excellent organizational skills with ability to multi-task and work independently.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).

Ability to conduct data analysis and generate both insights and recommendations from data.
