5-7 years’ experience in a Program / Project Management capacity within a fast-paced, project delivery oriented high-tech environment

Exceptional Project Management and Communication skills

Report to senior management on progress including progress, risks, and opportunities

Gather and assess feedback from GCC management to identify challenges and proactively identify solutions

Manage the process and procedure creation associated with these programs, including incorporating feedback and lessons learned for continuous improvement

Build and maintain sound relationships with internal and external customers to ensure open and clear communication and understanding of customer requirements

Resource Management: Identify resource requirements, allocate tasks, and manage design resources efficiently to ensure optimal utilization and timely completion of deliverables.

Program Management Skills: Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Design Thinking: Strong understanding and application of design thinking principles to create user-centered, aesthetically pleasing, and functional product designs.

Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy, quality, and innovation in design deliverables.

Experience with site design management, creating and implementing responsive web design following industry best practices to meet clients’ requirements

Experienced in vendor management and working with external agencies or vendors, managing relationships, and ensuring delivery of requirements

Knowledge of project management tools and methodologies

Experience with crisis management such as website outages or negative customer feedback, with an ability to ensure swift resolution

Excellent strategic thinking abilities and experience contributing to brand strategy and integrating design considerations across various company outputs

Practical go-to-market experience with a deep understanding of the experiences had with typical users of partner relationship management tools

Excellent project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

Implementing and configuring Shopify's new partner portal to support partner data management needs, including partner profiles, hierarchies, and relationships

Continuous learning mindset, with a passion for staying updated with industry trends and best practices in partner relationship management software

Leading infrastructure enhancements to the Shopify Partners enterprise experience, including development of a new partner portal for co-selling & co-marketing activities

Managing and measuring the results of new partner experiences, and then iterating to improve

Reviews and Approves designs and final drawings for production with Management team.

Semi Remote position: telework 40%and office work 60% Pointe-Claire office

Understanding of safety certification norms and agencies like ETL, UL or CSA for mechanical and electrical products

Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, Industrial Design or equivalent field experience

Minimum 2 years experience of Supervisory Experience

Manufacturing experience with Die-Casting, Metal Spinning, Extrusions, sheet-metal and plastic

Executive and stakeholder relationship development and management

Consulting services for best practices, risk management, cost control, and commercial decisions

Creation and management of delivery schedules and complex project and relationship management at the most senior levels

Negotiate critical roadmap requirements with internal teams and scope new opportunities with business development and account managers

Assess project and executive risk to implement controls, communication, and risk management strategies

Program manage complex technical solutions in transportation and MaaS, including custom solutions
