Regional Accounts Manager Jobs in Ontario

Oversee and manage assigned property management functions to improve efficiency and reduce operating costs

Propose and discuss possible renovations or improvements with Asset Management

Have knowledge of market rents and ability to set asking rents based on market conditions

Have working knowledge of legislation pertaining to the Rental Housing Industry, Human Rights Code and Labor Standards Act

Minimum 5 years of experience in a senior role

Proven sales and leasing skills as well as excellent customer relations skills

Two or more years of outside business-to-business sales experience

An impressive track record of closing sales, winning clients, and managing a territory, as well as stellar presentation skills

Experience managing teams of technical resources

Experience in customer facing support role/environment

Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

Holding all employees on team Accountable to their accountabilities

Ensure that technicians are trained and competent in our service line offerings

Manage project forecasting to ensure monthly revenue assumptions are accurate and predictable

Collaborate with Asset Manager to ensure company assets are tracked, maintained and in a state of readiness to deploy

Responding effectively to spatial requirements

LMA: Lead, Manage and Accountability of the Team

Two years of college or two years of previous management experience preferred

Any other reasonable duties requested by management

Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (United States)

Assist General Manager with operational functions which include account recommendations, payment frequency and payment history to monitor accuracy

Second up to the General Manager

Manage the collections process by counseling customers to gain timely lease/merchandise renewals

Strong leadership skills and goal-orientated with strong time management and organizational skills

Oversee P&L operations, sales, field operations, customer satisfaction and general business management of sub-region

Needs to be self-motivated and able to manage many simultaneous projects and responsibilities

Monitor, manage, and measure all branch processes while meeting or exceeding business objectives

Candidate must demonstrate strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively develop expectations and relationships with internal and external customers

6+ years relevant experience in the elevator industry preferred

Experience in gerontology/continuous quality improvement/research/adult learning/change management

Strong knowledge of RAI-MDS; previous experience in teaching RAI process highly preferred
