Ensuring fund income and expenses, including management and performance fees, are accrued for and are in accordance with relevant accounting standards

Pricing portfolios (including derivatives, stocks, and bonds) in accordance with funds’ offering documents

Ability to manage own time and workload effectively ensuring both internal and external deadlines are met

Critically assess information from vendors, company management, and professional advisors, and incorporate relevant data into investment analysis.

Actively manage portfolio companies, monitoring their ongoing performance, staying informed about industry developments, and providing support to management.

Supervise and contribute to periodic asset valuation and investment return calculations to meet internal and external portfolio reporting requirements.

5+ years of relevant transaction experience in private equity, investment banking, or a combination thereof.

Exceptional financial modeling skills with strong attention to detail.

Construct dynamic and sophisticated Excel-based financial models to assess new investments, follow-on financings, and portfolio company performance.

Experience with complex calendar management, booking high profile meetings, events and managing complex expense reimbursement process.

A flexible/hybrid work environment combining in office collaboration and remote working

Book and manage complex global travel arrangements, itineraries or other duties related to support professionals who travel globally.

Manage calendars on behalf of executives, working with other departments to coordinate meeting booking.

Manage distribution lists, submit IT requests, and ensure team has required tools (e.g., hardware) to be effective.

5-10 years’ experience gained from working in a fast-paced, professional environment.

·1-2 years of experience in private equity, corporate & investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance or accounting.

·Excellent interpersonal skills, including strong written and verbal communication abilities.

·Analytical thinking skills with a solid understanding of accounting and financial modeling concepts.

·Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

·An undergraduate degree in business, finance, accounting or engineering with a strong record of academic performance.

Prior work experience in investment finance / asset management;

A minimum of 7 years of experience in accounting for the financial sector;

Knowledge of IFRS and fair value accounting is preferred;

Ability to meet tight deadlines and to manage conflicting priorities; and

Demonstrated interest in private equity and investment management, financial analysis and valuation techniques

Support the quarterly investor reporting cycle including investor reports and third party database updates

Support subscription process and onboarding of new investors
