Overview:

Personal Support Workers (PSWs) provide personal care and support to individuals who are unable to care for themselves due to physical, mental, or emotional disabilities. How To Become an Personal Support Worker:

To become a Personal Support Worker, you will need to complete a Personal Support Worker program at a college or other educational institution. This program will provide you with the knowledge and skills necessary to provide personal care and support to individuals with disabilities. You may also need to obtain certification or licensing in order to work as a PSW in some areas.
