Job Description
  • We are currently recruiting for a Personal Support Worker to assist our male client* *with all activities of daily living. Our client describes himself as quiet, comedic, and easygoing. Additionally, they enjoy music, maintaing a routine, and keeping things tidy. *#LP2023No experience is necessary for this position as on-the-job training is provided.*Location:** Vancouver (Near Italian Cultural Centre)*Compensation:** $21.00 per hour*Shift & Hours:** Wednesday and Saturday: 8:30 AM to 12 PM (start time flexible)* Tuesday: 8:30 AM to 5 PM (exact times negotiable)*Responsibilities will include (but may not be limited to):** All aspects of personal care: shower and washroom care* Meal preparation and feeding* Range of motion exercises* Transfers using pivot transfers* Light housekeeping duties* Medication administration*Requirements:** Willingness to learn* Punctual, reliable and committed* Must be fully vaccinated_*Individuals with disabilities can be more susceptible to the severe symptoms of COVID-19.
