Identify opportunities for process improvement within the PPAP and parts management workflows.

Professional Engineer (P. Eng) certification is highly desirable to oversee sign-off.

Experience with Oracle ERP and proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other engineering tools.

Additional certifications in Oracle ERP are desirable.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.

Help Manage Customer/Shop/Road Order Pickup shelf.

Manage, Code & Review Invoices.

Understands the importance of urgency and time management skills.

Post Secondary Education and 2+ years warehouse experience

2+ years parts advisory experience/ parts person skills.

Assess and determine customers’ parts requirements.

Previous forklift experience is an asset

CDK Software experience is an asset!

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Attends training as prescribed by management to maintain proficiency in their job description;

Excellent general computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel);

$27.32 - 36.74 per hour depending on the experience and qualifications.

2-3 years experience in a Parts Department or similar;

Consistently manage the inventory stock level by performing daily perpetual parts counts, and reporting discrepancies

Additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs

Excellent communication skills and ability to establish and maintain strong working relationships with both internal stakeholders and customers

Great problem-solving skills, and strong ability to take initiative and be proactive

Able to certify at Parts Advisors 1 and obtain Tesla forklift certification

Specific vision abilities required include: ability to identify parts, operate systems, and identify potential safety hazards in the parts department

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Business

5 + years or more of related accounting experience. Previous Parts accounting and/or automotive experience an asset.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide positive and constructive feedback

Strong working knowledge of IFRS accounting principles, practices and their application.

Excellent communication skills – Written, oral and presentation to document, articulate and convey functions and processes.

Analytical skills – Ability to dissect complex accounting and financial processes and identify risks and process improvements.
