This position is responsible for a variety of Customer Service tasks and assist with Inventory Control. As this is a multifaceted position, you will have the opportunity to work with a small team and help to support both internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cycle Count.
• Backorder Management.
• Parts Warranty Claim Management.
• Milestone Entry in Softbase.
• Facilitate Obsolete Parts Markdown and help manage the process.
• Parts Setup/Creation.
• Invoicing/credits review.
• Freight Allocation.
• Purchasing Stock Orders.
• Managing Daily OEM Emergency orders.
• Manage, Code & Review Invoices.
• Receiving Emergency Orders.
• Managing Core Returns.
• Facilitating Annual Parts Returns to OEM’s.
• Help Manage Customer/Shop/Road Order Pickup shelf.
• Reconciliation of SDR credits.
• Assist in Inventory & Inventory Prep – Be available and participate in yearly inventory.
• Submitting Shortages, Damage, Returns documentation to OEM (SDR Process).
• Tracking Emergency Orders.
• New Parts Bin Allocation.
• Reconciliation of Core Return Credits.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

• 2-4 years’ experience in an administrative capacity.
• Excellent attention to detail and a positive attitude, with good interpersonal skills.
• Excellent general computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
• High School Diploma.
• Positive and professional communication with customers and teammates.
• OR a combination of education and experience.
• Able to learn and utilize operating databases.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to multi-task.
• Superb customer service skills.
