Provide support and management to the maintenance department regarding parts and items ordered for onsite work orders after work order closure.

Provide support to the maintenance department through sourcing of consumable items and management of trolling repairs.

Store and manage DC items that can not be returned for credit

Source items need outside the realm of equipment parts and warehouse managed inventory

Facilitate and track tool repairs, re-certification and re-calibration with approved facilities

Maintain knowledge of warehouse inventory items to ensure that we are NOT direct charge ordering inventory items stocked on site.

Required Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

Manage daily OEM stock orders and its process, by submitting stock orders to the OEM.

Produce Daily/Weekly/Monthly Inventory reports for the Corporate Parts Manager, as required.

Experience working with CRM and ERP systems is an asset.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Will perform any other duties as required by Engineering Supervisor/Manager

Previous inventory coordination/control experience in warehousing

You will be responsible for all duties associated with the receiving and documentation of Maintenance inventory items

Excellent interpersonal and communication (written/verbal) skills with the ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines;

Strong organizational skills, with a high level of attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously;

Support Parts Manager with department-related projects and tasks.

At least one to two (1-2) years of demonstrated experience working in an administrative capacity;

Previous experience in parts warehousing and/or heavy equipment will be considered a strong asset;

Valid forklift certification will be required;

Post-secondary courses or certifications in inventory control and operations management.

APICS, Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) program would be considered an asset.

Detail oriented with well-developed communication, interpersonal, time management, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of ERP/MRP systems in a manufacturing environment, experience with QAD would be an asset.

Manage and maintain accurate inventory records, generate, and issue inventory control tags.

2-3 years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Planning, analysis, and inventory control in a high-volume, repetitive, manufacturing environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance or Business

5 + years or more of related accounting experience. Previous Parts accounting and/or automotive experience an asset.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide positive and constructive feedback

Strong working knowledge of IFRS accounting principles, practices and their application.

Excellent communication skills – Written, oral and presentation to document, articulate and convey functions and processes.

Analytical skills – Ability to dissect complex accounting and financial processes and identify risks and process improvements.
