Master’s Degree in Counseling/Guidance, Education, or Social Work if available

Minimum of 2 years of school or collegiate counseling or teaching experience

Maintains calendars and prioritizes meeting requests for management.

Reviews incoming correspondence and identifies items of special interest to management; handles routine correspondence and prepares appropriate responses.

A high school diploma or equivalent and five years of clerical or secretarial experience, or a bachelor's degree.

Occupational experience supporting/providing service to students and prospective students in a post-secondary educational environment would be considered an asset

You have a working knowledge and appreciation for the priority of safety in applied education programming and the workplace.

You have a minimum of three years of recent and related occupational experience in a fast-paced office environment.

You have occupational experience that includes issuing/tracking purchase orders and tracking budgets using Excel.

Previous experience operating a Forklift is a requirement
