· Post-secondary education or higher with excellent computer skills and analytics capabilities

· High level of professionalism and 1-2yrs industry experience

· Knowledge of LCBO/AGCO liquor regulations, current market trends and competitive landscape

Build and maintain relationships with Department, Store, and Zone management, as well Market AP leaders (TLMs), gaining alignment to systemic solutions.

Bachelor Degree (preferred) or equivalent work experience

5+ years of relevant experience within Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG).

Superb oral and written communication skills

Basic estimating and inventory management skills.

What You Need To Know

Excellent presentation skills and experience facilitating engaging and interactive workshops developed for a youth audience.

Excellent teamwork skills and proven experience collaborating with other departments.

Experience working with participants of all backgrounds including people with disabilities, 2SLGBTQ+, low income, women and gender-diverse, Indigenous and racialized youth.

Collect labour market information for participants regarding job openings, entry and skill requirements, and other occupational information

Assist Account Management Team with job matching, determining employment readiness, coaching and preparing the participants for AMT interviews

Support Program Manager/or Supervisor with participant performance management including feedback meetings along with verbal and written warnings and program withdrawals.

Evidence of ongoing professional development, continuing education and leadership experience

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in medicine with an emphasis on oncology.

Demonstrated excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills

Well developed organization, communication, interpersonal and teaching skills

Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses

Demonstrated commitment to a patient/family centred care environment

People management experience within a field based or head office role

Good planning / project management skills

Forecasting / budget management skills

Provide leadership to the Integrated Brand Teams and support Field Operations Director with the day-to-day management of KAM Team;

>5 years pharmaceutical brand management in Oncology

Manage the documental and operational activities needed for campaign operations.

Understand knowledge and care gaps in territory and implement learning programs (OLA, CHE) to address HCP needs

Science graduate with relevant pharmaceutical/biotechnology experience, Master’s degree is considered an asset

Working in a commercial or scientific role with 5+ years’ experience

Previous healthcare experience is considered a plus

Possesses a strong work ethic, ability to set priorities and manage time appropriately

Good communication and presentation skills
