University degree(s) in an appropriate field

5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry.

Home office set up and have a willingness to travel.

Basic estimating and inventory management skills.

Efficiently manage inventory levels to maximize inventory turns while minimizing return trips to customers.

Estimate machine repair requirements and prepare necessary data to provide an accurate repair quote to the customer.

Assist manager by making territory boundary changes and customer alignment recommendations.

Valid driver's license plus meet Tennant Company driving policy requirements.

Experience and formal training combined with demonstrated performance and ability may substitute for stipulated academic requirements.

Professional standards of practice, legislative requirements and Policy/Procedures

Legislation protecting rights of special needs client, populations

Health and Safety legislation, policies and procedures

City of Ottawa and Parks & Recreation Branch Policies and Procedures

Ability to lead small groups

Evidence of ongoing professional development, continuing education and leadership experience

Minimum of 2 years of recent experience in medicine with an emphasis on oncology.

Demonstrated excellent critical thinking and problem solving skills

Well developed organization, communication, interpersonal and teaching skills

Current Certificate of Registration with the College of Nurses

Demonstrated commitment to a patient/family centred care environment
