A Human Resources (HR) Officer is responsible for providing support in all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and payroll. They are also responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures, as well as providing advice and guidance to managers and employees on HR matters.Detailed Job Description:
The HR Officer is responsible for providing support in all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and payroll. The HR Officer will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant employment legislation, and for providing support to the HR Manager in the day-to-day running of the HR department.What is It Officer Job Skills Required?
