Minimum of 10 years’ experience in a retail facilities maintenance role in the retail or facilities management industry.

Property management, asset management, project management experience.

Facility Management Professional Certification (or working towards)

Oversee the team’s management of multiple emergency remediation, repair, restoration, and planned capital maintenance projects.

University degree or equivalent insurance experience.

Insurance-related certifications such as CIP or FCIP, and preferably additional certifications like CRM.

Proven experience in applying and implementing underwriting guidelines, best practices, and policy wordings.

Strong customer service and relationship-building skills are required.

7+ years underwriting experience (or equivalent) with proven leadership skills.

3-5 years Key account sales experience preferred

Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to interact positively with a wide range of people

Strong computer skills including the MS Office suite of application

Fluent communication skills in English are required and bilingual skills in French would be an asset

Develop superior customer contacts across Loblaw Companies Limited (LCL) departments and levels of management

Strong financial acumen - Understanding of P&L and revenue growth to optimize customer strategies and management of trade funding

5 years of experience working in a Sales role within CPG, serving major/national accounts; Loblaws/Shoppers Drug Mart experience is a plus
