Experience in DNA extraction and PCR analysis is preferred but not mandatory.

Wildlife management experience including project development, field work for data collection, data analysis, reporting, conveying management recommendations.

Experience in choice theory (Human Dimensions) as applied to First Nations relations and wildlife management.

Engaging First Nations on wildlife management programs or projects.

Experience in conducting environmental monitoring and assessments.

Experience interpreting and applying natural resource related legislation and policy in BC.

Experience preparing and submitting professional documents (e.g., briefing notes, information notes, early-warning notes, minister response letters).

Experience in Technical Service and Post Sale Services in the IVD industry

Experience serving customers in the Clinical IVD market in Central Canada

Maintains a working knowledge and complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations and industry standards.

Proficient in basic computer skills, windows and networking applications.

Completion of all necessary state and FDA required paperwork associated with the installation of radiation generating equipment.

Ordering of parts and supplies required to maintain equipment and tickets assigned.

Provides "On-Call" service coverage after normal business hours on a rotation basis with fellow team members in the area.

High School graduate or equivalent

Act as company liaison to provide outstanding, courteous, timely, and skilled technical service to Cutera customers.

Responsible for documenting all service activities in compliance with FDA requirements.

Work closely with Area Sales Manager and direct Manager to identify customers for upgrades, purchases, contracts, and customer training.

Field service or military experience is highly desired

Minimum 3-5 years Honeywell DCS Experience preferably within the Service organization or

5+ years professional experience Honeywell DCS, Controls, PC/Networking and Field Process field

Knowledge on TDC-3000, TPS, Virtualization, EHPM, ESTVT, EST and FDM system

Honeywell EPKS/OPM/ TPS Certification L3 or above

Proven knowledge of analog electronics, high voltage circuitry/circuits, laser technology, chromatography separation techniques, and vacuum technology.

Strong technical skills involving analytical instrumentation.

Knowledge of MS Office, computers, technical data, TCP/IP protocol

Perform on-site preventive maintenance and validation of spectrometers.

Complete on-site, remote & over-the-phone troubleshooting service, fine-tuning, and training of customer personnel.

Be part of a project team and participate in on-site system commissioning, building your knowledge and relationship with customers.

5 years or more of relevant experience, preferably in the sawmill, pellet or biomass industry.

Knowledge of all Rockwell products (Allen-Bradley), Wonderware HMI, FactoryTalk View HMI, SQL database.

Possess leadership and interpersonal skills.

Possess strong problem-solving skills, enjoy challenges and work well under pressure.

Have sound theoretical knowledge of cranes/hydraulics/electrical knowledge in the marine/fishing industry environment and one year of hydraulics experience.

Ability to communicate orally with management and other co-workers is essential.

Communicate with the Service Coordinator/Operations Manager and the customer regarding the progress of the service job.

Assist Production Manager in Assembly/Productions when required.

Apply electronically, hydraulically, and mechanical theory and related knowledge to test and modify operational electrical machinery.

Technical background with proven experience in hydraulic construction.

Providing emergency service and repairs using troubleshooting skills in electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems.

5-10 years experience with LCMS (e.g. TQ, QTOF), in a similar position or experience as an end user

Experience with troubleshooting and problem solving.

Experience with Agilent solutions is desired but not essential.

Verbal and written communication is clear, respectful and timely.

You enjoy travelling and visiting customers.
