Overview An Instructional Developer is a professional who designs, develops, and implements instructional materials and activities for educational programs. They create and develop instructional materials, such as course syllabi, lesson plans, and other instructional materials, to support the learning objectives of the program. They also provide guidance and support to faculty and staff in the development and implementation of instructional materials. Detailed Job Description An Instructional Developer is responsible for designing and developing instructional materials and activities for educational programs. They create and develop instructional materials, such as course syllabi, lesson plans, and other instructional materials, to support the learning objectives of the program. They also provide guidance and support to faculty and staff in the development and implementation of instructional materials. They may also be responsible for evaluating existing instructional materials and activities and making recommendations for improvement. Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in instructional design, education, or related field
• Master’s degree in instructional design, education, or related field preferred
• Experience in instructional design and development

• Experience in project management
