Managing external relationships and reporting requirements with other granting agencies, such as CIHR.

Extensive experience leading client onboarding/implementation, technical support, account management, professional services, and training departments/teams in a SaaS company.

Previous experience in product management is an asset, demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of product development and customer-focused enhancements.

Ensure effective project management by organizing schedules, budgets, and project tasks, keeping project teams informed of key deliverables and milestones.

Strong understanding of project management fundamentals, with a proven ability to oversee projects from initiation through to implementation and go-live.

Advanced knowledge and expertise in the areas of project planning, management, execution and monitoring of project risks

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Analytics or similar discipline required. Relevant work experience may substitute for education

Demonstrated ability to lead groups to achieve goals whether through management of direct reports or influencing/leading others without direct authority

Be an integral subject matter expert and a project manager during the Ceridian Dayforce implementation project set to go-live in 2024.

Knowledge of job and compensation methods aligned with federal and provincial laws

Assist with general troubleshooting of Ceridian Dayforce and lead training sessions to field managers and employees

Well-developed project management skills, including management and oversight of vendors, relationships, budgets, timelines, and risk

Strong knowledge of emerging, innovative technologies in clinical trial management

Experience of agile working practices and a good understanding of project and vendor management techniques and methods

Project management delivery to meet time, quality, and cost.

Digital Patient Solutions E2E process initiation and oversight of system requirements gathering and integrations, user acceptance testing, deployment, maintenance, and closeout

Using technical, creative problem-solving and good development practice skills to achieve successful outcomes

Effective communicator with outstanding project management skills.

Preferably at least 3 years customer facing project management experience in a fintech or ERP SAAS environment.

Track record of high achievement in your current technical, customer-facing role leading projects.
