Excellent time management and multitasking skills are required; Ability to identify critical paths and execute (these may change weekly);

Involvement with senior management both internally and externally

Manage and lead piloting and roadmap build for scale of material handling systems that enable capacity and productivity improvements.

Education – Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, Mathematics (STEM) or related discipline; Master's degree preferred

Oversees all aspects of performance management including Mid Year and Year End processes.

Manages day to day leadership of a team of Executive Assistants.

Manages hiring and portfolio decisions of Executive Assistants within their respective departments.

Experience working in the retail space

Comes from a highly technical background to ensure they understand software systems and have a strong understanding of Jira

Has strong communication both written and orally and is able to communicate with cross functional teams

3+ years of project management/industry work experience

Familiarity with IT SDLC processes (waterfall and agile) and compliance requirements such as PCI & SOX

PMP and or Scrum certification considered an asset

Bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering or business

Project and change management skills an asset.

Experience with lululemon in Retail Operations or Community an asset.

People-centric, inclusive design experience an asset.

Identify and enable rituals for virtual connection.

Design and activate in-person connection best practices (including local area connection programs).

Support the organization with travel guidance for in-person gatherings.

3+ years of well-rounded HRIS experience; enhancements, maintenance, implementations etc.

Experience in Workforce Managment (WFM) softwares and understanding upstream/downstream implications of project delivery.

Experience working in an Agile Methodology

Experience working in a Waterfall environment

Location: Vancouver Hybrid - 3 days/ week

Confidence in writing and developing end-to-end, functional and UAT test scripts.

- Has a Computer Science or Management Information Systems Degree

- Experience writing SQL queries to dig through large sets of data

- Possesses strong communication skills with the ability to work cross functionally within an organization

Location: HYBRID - Tue/ Thu on site in Burnaby, BC

- Ability to interact with API's and call them using Postman to integrate into existing systems

- Has facilitated a journey map and discussed with various parts of the organization

Experience with work management tools such as MS DevOps, TFS, monday.com, IBM Rational or Jira considered an asset

ITIL Foundation Version 4.0 (or 3.0); certification considered an asset Education and experience

Computer skills: Advanced experience with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio and SharePoint 2019

A Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline (Computer Science/Business/Health Informatics) or an equivalent combination of education and experience

Lead business analysis activities to understand, analyze and document the business requirements translating them into functional requirements and/or process workflows.

Frequently required to work with stakeholders to determine undefined or unknown business processes and requirements.
