Overview The Head Trainer is responsible for the overall training and development of staff in an organization. They are responsible for creating and implementing training programs, assessing staff performance, and providing feedback and guidance to ensure that staff are meeting their goals. Detailed Job Description The Head Trainer is responsible for developing and implementing training programs for staff in an organization. This includes designing and delivering training sessions, assessing staff performance, and providing feedback and guidance to ensure that staff are meeting their goals. The Head Trainer is also responsible for creating and maintaining training materials, such as manuals, handouts, and online resources. Additionally, the Head Trainer is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement. Job Skills Required• Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to motivate and engage staff
• Ability to assess and evaluate staff performance
• Knowledge of current trends in training and development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software programs
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Training, or a related field
• At least 5 years of experience in training and development
• Certification in instructional design or adult learning principles
• Knowledge of current trends in training and development
