Detailed Job Description The Head Trainer is responsible for developing and implementing training programs for staff in an organization. This includes designing and delivering training sessions, assessing staff performance, and providing feedback and guidance to ensure that staff are meeting their goals. The Head Trainer is also responsible for creating and maintaining training materials, such as manuals, handouts, and online resources. Additionally, the Head Trainer is responsible for evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making recommendations for improvement. Job Skills Required
