Assist project managers with supervision and control and assess project progress and performance using reliable performance indicators

•Leadership responsibilities to oversee, coach and mentor CPA student members of the Finance Team

Highly skilled with MS Excel

Evaluate project performance using TWD cost control reports

A minimum of 5 years of senior-level project accounting experience in the real estate development sector

Ensuring compliance with all statutory tax filing requirements, minimizing financial risks and maintaining legal and regulatory compliance.

Supporting the VP Finance and VP Development as needed to secure new business opportunities for our clients.

Overseeing project accounting for multiple simultaneous real estate development projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to financial guidelines.

Developing comprehensive budgets, conducting forecasts, and providing timely and accurate reports to shareholders and other stakeholders as required.

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
