What is File Clerk Qualifications?
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in a clerical role is preferred
What is File Clerk Knowledge?
• Knowledge of filing systems
• Knowledge of office procedures
• Knowledge of data entry
What is File Clerk Experience?
• Previous experience in a clerical role is preferred
What is File Clerk Responsibilities?
• Organizing, maintaining, and filing documents and records
• Scanning documents and entering data into a computer system
• Retrieving documents and records as requested
• Ensuring accuracy and completeness of all documents
• Maintaining confidentiality of all documents and records
• Updating and maintaining filing systems
• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed
