Optimize audio/video equipment for optimal product performance and test all products set up to ensure that they are operating properly

Responsible for Record Management both digitally and paper based

Reviews gas distribution system pressure requirements and reliability requirements (Looping)

Completes Permit, Construction and as built drawings for C&M staff

Reviews digital redlining and paper mark ups from field staff and construction design and updates records

Maintains truck log, if necessary, according to provincial and or federal requirements

7+ years’ experience in an Industrial Maintenance Technician position.

Certified Red Seal Electrician or Journeyman with Industrial Electrical experience

Window manufacturing industry experience is a plus

Knowledge of Preventative Maintenance, CMMS, Mechanical/Electrical systems and quality control systems within a manufacturing environment.

Troubleshooting abilities to analyze problems and provide solutions.

Maintains truck log, if necessary, according to provincial and or federal requirements

3+ years of construction field experience

Experience working on heavy civil construction projects preferred

Work experience in engineering and leading engineers

Participating in training sessions as required by the company in order to maintain adequate levels of skills and knowledge

2-3 years experience installing access control systems and/or CCTV equipment, and/or fire alarms systems

A thorough knowledge and understanding of intrusion detection systems, electronic access control, CCTV, IP video, and surveillance systems.

Working knowledge of DMP, C.Cure 9000, Lenel preferred (for Ottawa role).

IP Video and IT experience required.

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Documents and records all necessary information/data as per SOPs and cGMPs requirements (i.e. observations, test results).

Experience in manufacturing processes ideally in a GMP environment.

Performs all duties according to the SOPs and cGMPs and all other established safety standards and company policies.

Maintains housekeeping standards in the manufacturing area including cleaning of the process suites.

Ensures all components/materials are received from warehouse and staged before batch execution, and returned after process completion.

Stages buffers and equipment as required by process steps.

Strong organizational and time-management skills

Resolve incidents and service requests submitted by our internal IT service customers through our Freshservice IT Service Management system.

Help maintain an accurate inventory of IT assets through the conscientious and disciplined use of our IT Asset Management system.

Actively provide opinions, experience, knowledge, and expertise to others asking for feedback and looking to collaborate.

College degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience preferred.

CompTIA certifications (A+, Network+, Security+) strongly desired.
