Technical project management skills, including requirements management and traceability, risk/schedule/scope management, and time, budget and cost estimation

College/University degree required or 10 years equivalent experience; Bachelor’s degree in business, Project Management, Computer Science or related discipline

CAPM, PMP, or equivalent Project Management Certification  

Project Management Knowledge: Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and best practices. Familiarity with project management tools and systems.

Professional certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, etc.).

Proactively assess resource requirements for each project and ensure optimal allocation based on skills, availability, and workload.

A minimum of 8 years of Oracle project management experience, covering a minimum of 3 large full-cycle projects

An interest in staying abreast of Oracle and project management trends

Mastery of tools and software dedicated to project management e.g. MS Project

Ability formulate and communicate a structured approach to project management to the teams

Experience project managing full-cycle Oracle projects

Strong written and verbal client-facing communication and presentation skills; should be comfortable interacting with clients daily

Strong Project Management / Business Analysis skills

Knowledge of the theories, principles and practices around project management

Interpersonal and oral/written communication skills to make presentations to senior management and other senior stakeholders

Supports the development and implementation of Magna Global IT Project Management & Business Analysis methodologies, tools and templates

Work closely with the BRM organization (NEED) and the Enterprise Architecture organization (PLAN) to help mature Magna’s Portfolio Management activities

Bachelor's degree in Business, Project Management, Computer Science, or related discipline is required

8 - 10 years of project management experience delivering large-scale technology initiatives and complex IT solutions in a highly integrated setting

Demonstrated experience utilizing various Project Management and Software development methodologies and frameworks such as Waterfall and Agile and others

Project management experience in healthcare sector is an asset

Strong working knowledge of the Project Management and Software Development Life Cycles

Program and Portfolio management knowledge is an asset

Adhere to and promote Ontario Health policies and processes including Privacy, Security, and Record Management

Strong cross-functional, technical Project Management experience including planning, scheduling, monitoring and stakeholder reporting

Manage cross-functional projects and teams, senior-level business executives and customers to provide a unique customer experience during the projects.

Manage each phase of the project and be able to navigate the cross-functional team, both internal and external

Minimum of 12 years of high-tech/SaaS industry experience

Prior experience with implementing or supporting ServiceNow products in an Enterprise

Demonstrated experience in leading key projects, including strategic customer programs from inception to successful roll-out and beyond

Knowledge of program and project management practices, governance, approaches, and techniques.

6-8 years of proven experience in Project Management

Hands on experience with HTML and content management systems

Support website content management through posting and page editing including

3 years experience as an Email marketing manager or digital marketing specialist or

2-3 years experience using Salesforce Pardot/Account Engagement. Trailhead

Experience using Wordpress and Elementor

Knowledge of SEO/SEM and Google Analytics

Intermediate knowledge in Test case development and test management

Strong working knowledge of ITSM best practices such as ITIL for service activities related to release management and testing activities

Hosted or managed services management experience a plus

PMP or equivalent project management certification a plus

Design and develop project management templates for planning and coordination activities

Ability to work through Change Orders/SOWs with the client and account management

3+ years of successful experience in fundraising or partnership management.

Excellent project management skills, including planning and critical evaluation of an initiative and designing metrics to monitor performance.

Certificate in Fundraising Management or CRRE Professional designation an asset.

Experience in pipeline development, prospect review and qualification, proposal development, report writing, successful cultivation, and solicitation.

Demonstrated tact, diplomacy, and ability to liaise with and inspire senior management, staff, corporate contacts and donors.

Manage relationships with 100+ individuals, corporate groups or foundations, and other prospective donors.

Strong relationship building and management skills with senior level partners.

Strong program and staff management skills with team building ability and ability to coach staff within an outcome focused program model.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail.

Create a key account management program with key account managers overseeing the portfolio of interactions.

Manage branding, messaging and communication to employers, partnered with WoodGreen’s Marketing and Communication team.

Lead and participate in funding initiatives for employment and skills development projects.

Understanding of/experience with managing the donor life cycle, moves management, acquisition and retention best practice is considered a strong asset.

Experience with non-profit projects, programs and/or event management.

Interpersonal Skills And Self Management

Undergraduate degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
