8+ years of program and project management or relevant industry experience

Proven industry experience in mining and exposure to mining management systems

Solid functional knowledge in one or more of the following areas: Strategy, Business Readiness & Transformation, Organization Effectiveness, and Risk Management

Knowledge of the fundamentals of project execution, including project controls, EPCM processes, procurement, contracting and engineering management is preferred

Client relationship management and business development skills

Conduct project risk evaluations and project management processes, including start up planning activities

Research and engage inbound leads to determine if they meet the requirements of a qualified potential customer

1-3+ years of relevant work experience

Strong communication skills by phone and email

Experience in Audiology, Hearing Services, or Occupational Health & Safety

Experience with Zoho CRM and SalesLoft or other CRM or sales engagement platform

Re-engage unresponsive leads through nurture campaigns

Demonstrated knowledge of Project Management concepts and Agile technology methodologies

Supports project management teams with execution of the project releases in a timely and compliant manner

Collects, measures and analyzes project management data. Identifies, escalates and tracks to closure the project management issues

Acts as project management SME in the PMO team and support other PMO functions as needed

6-10 years of experience in a PM/PMO role (or similar) in an IT project industry with proven success

Advanced communication, written, presentation and organizational skills is a must

A good understanding of Finance, Project Management and PMO competencies

Good sense and knowledge on how budget ties into various aspects of a portfolio

7-9 years of relevant experience in Tech with a strong and robust understanding of a typical IT project lifecycle.

Excellent written, spoken, and presentational communication skills.

Continuously evolve thinking wrt delivery and support

Report on project success criteria results, metrics, test and deployment management activities

Manage the day-to-day project activities and resources and chairs the project management team meetings

Extensive understanding of project and program management principles, methods and techniques

5 years of experience working on “Projects (preferably capital/construction projects) and providing project management support in a PMO environment

Work with Project Managers to prepare monthly forecasts and executive reports/presentations.

University degree (in Accounting/ Finance is an asset)

3 years of experience creating budgets for large projects/programs and tracking financials at the project/program/portfolio level

Experience supporting Annual Investment / Capital Planning at the Portfolio level

Strong written and verbal communication skills

· 5+ years of experience in similar IT Project Management role

· Excellent organizational skills : Ability manage multiple tasks and competing deadlines.

· Understanding client functionality requirements and minimizing potential impact on the wider product roadmap

· Experience delivering Enterprise software solutions

· Active Listening : Strong collaboration, listening and facilitation skills

· PMP Certification is preferred

Project management certification is required i.e. PMI Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince 2;

Experience working with and presenting to upper management and senior executives;

Minimum four (4) year degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or Business Administration

Excellent knowledge and experience with Software Development Life Cycle processes;

Experience leading business transformation projects;

Experience leading teams and managing deliverables in a matrix environment;

Working knowledge of donor database management;

Working with the Marketing and Communications Manager, manage donor communications including acknowledgements, updates, invitations, and solicitations;

Develop a donor management system and oversee donation platforms on CanadaHelps and the museum’s website;

University or College Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience;

Develop and manage programs for annual, monthly, and legacy giving, as well as endowment funds;

Provide advice to the Operations Manager on the growth of the Membership Program;
