Demonstrated ability in developing and aligning your team’s strengths, skills, and talents with

Proven experience in accounting, administration, human resources, and office management;

Ability to work in a complex environment, with competing priorities and deadlines, and excellent time management skills;

Assists management with the preparation and processing of grant applications;

Oversees all facility management activities and liaises with facility landlords;

Maintaining up-to-date professional skills and knowledge through formal and informal training;

Operational Management (IT, HR, Facility, Administration) (20%)

Experience in Fund Accounting. Real Estate accounting and management is an asset.

Support of the management of investor relationships including management reporting, LP accounting and tax compliance.

Provide support and guidance in risk management and work with the team to reduce exposure to risk.

Treasury management and planning within the various funds.

Manage real estate management operations through collaboration with stakeholders and the team.

Strong financial reporting skills and experience in preparing regulatory filings.
