Lead a finance & accounting team in addition to the logistics, supply chain and customer service groups.

Manage a plan for control of the Canadian business including budget planning, sales forecasting, and cost standards.

University degree. CPA. Ideally prior public accounting experience.

Experienced with financial reporting and IFRS; US and Canadian GAAP, tax, cost accounting, budgeting/forecasting.

Strong FP&A, supply chain and logistics experience.

Strong communication (written and verbal) skills to interact clearly and effectively in a fast-changing environment

Must be skilled in analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution

Bachelor or Business Administration degree with a specialization in Finance or Accounting

Create professional relationships with the company's bankers, auditors, government agencies, and other professional organizations

Supervise the annual/quarterly/monthly budgeting and forecasting processes

Generate and sustain adherence to the company's accounting policies and procedures
