The Director of Facilities is responsible for the overall management and operations of the organization’s facilities, including the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the physical plant and grounds. This position is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the facility, as well as the efficient and effective operation of the facility.Detailed Job Description:
The Director of Facilities is responsible for the overall management and operations of the organization’s facilities, including the maintenance, repair, and upkeep of the physical plant and grounds. This position is responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the safety and security of the facility, as well as the efficient and effective operation of the facility. The Director of Facilities is also responsible for the management of the organization’s capital projects, including the planning, budgeting, and execution of projects. The Director of Facilities is also responsible for the management of the organization’s energy and environmental programs, including the development and implementation of energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives.What is Director of Facilities Job Skills Required?
