This person will report to the Factory Manager and serve as a key member of the leadership team.

Ten or more years of production experience in a manufacturing environment

Minimum five years in a supervisory or managerial role

Knowledge and exposure to TPM, Six Sigma, and various problem-solving methodologies

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

Lead a team of associates to achieve production metrics in a manner consistent with our culture and values.

5+ years in a management role leading a data team

An efficient analyst who can manage complex tasks and independently prioritize the workload for themselves and the team.

Mentor our team of analysts and engineers and help them develop their technical and interpersonal skills

Manage and optimize our data models in Power BI

Experience working with - unstructured datasets, SPSS, Power BI, SQL, Python/ R Studio, Data Factory, Airflow, REST and SOAP API integrations

Experience working with Microsoft Azure platforms including Azure Synapse, Analytics and Azure SQL

Strong excel skills, familiarity with various formulas (experience with VBA macros or scripting considered assets)

Work with internal business areas to define business data models and reporting requirements

Bachelor’s degree or certificate in a relevant business field, with 3-5 years of experience working in a Data Analyst role

Experience working with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems such as SAP is an asset

Client-focused mindset with proven experience building strong working relationships with colleagues at all levels of the organization

Perform complex data analysis that requires critical thinking and report development activities

Completion of post-secondary education in statistics or related field of study OR equivalent combination of experience and post-secondary education

Strong computer skills including knowledge of Excel, Word, Access, etc.

Design the conceptual, logical, and physical data models necessary to support the analytic data requirements for Operations reporting needs

Create reports & data visualizations to meet business requirements/specifications, including for senior leadership

Intermediate knowledge of Oracle or Microsoft SQL, and Operations systems (e.g. WMS, ERP or F&R)

Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power BI (creating dashboards and reports)

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent degree/experience.

5+ years of experience with Data Warehousing.

Demonstrated experience leading Data Warehousing Development resources/teams.

Demonstrated experience leading all technical aspects of Data Warehousing Solutions.

Online Analytical Processing (OLAP) experience.

Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills with the ability to isolate and resolve problems.

Your verbal and written communication skills are exceptional and professional

Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro

Senior level sales and business development experience

Experience in dealing with complex regulatory categories and managing broad spectrum of projects.

Responsible for creating and owning Mikra’s annual budget and growth model/P&L

Support business unit growth while continuing to build and lead a strong team of people with cross-functional responsibilities

Experience in the Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) industry or related industry is required

Understanding of lean, continuous improvement, quality and related topics, with relevant work experience

Related post-secondary business education degree or equivalent is preferred

Superior communication skills, both written and verbal

Responsible for the business unit’s operations capacity planning and resources

Demonstrated leadership, planning, organization, time management and conflict resolution skills

Demonstrated knowledge and experience in applying the principles of adult education

Demonstrated knowledge and experience working with software programs related to bed utilization

Collaborator with demonstrated negotiation skills

Demonstrated minimum of one-year experience in clinical utilization

Demonstrated knowledge of continuous quality improvement principle

Proficient in SQL Server 2017+ and SQL Server Management Studio

Engage with operations team members to understand requirements about new features

3+ years of experience in a data engineering or data operational role supporting production processes

Experienced working on AWS and familiarity with Postgres and Redshift

Experience in using the CozyRoc suite of components

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Post-Secondary education in Business or related field, or equivalent related experience

Experience/knowledge with SAP and SQL/Python/R/SAS/Panda/Jupyter is an asset

Store level retail experience is an asset

Must have intermediate to advance Microsoft Office skills

Strong written and oral communication skills are required

Strong analytical and systems thinking skills

Construction experience and knowledge of state/federal requirements, building codes, permitting process, etc. is helpful.

Some financial (P&L) management skills

5+ years of experience as a manager in a service shop/manufacturing/building construction environment

Provides managerial oversight to both contractors and full time branch operational employees (direct labor, field service, dispatch, admin, etc.)

Proven effective leadership and supervisory skills

Experience with Continuous Improvement fundamentals

Excellent leadership and management skills

PMP certification or equivalent training and experience

Extensive experience in quoting and costing as well as strong organization and planning skills

Experience in managing various trades and others from diverse engineering backgrounds

A strong knowledge of Controls Systems and can adequately estimate time to do various tasks

Experience in managing projects during commissioning phases and start-up
