One of our clients, Learn2 (https://www.learn2.com), is looking for their next Operations Leader!

The Operations Leader is primarily responsible for providing full operational support to the Founder and Learn2. You are able to support the creation and follow through of organizational goals, with a focus on operation efficiency and improvements to both process and material.

Responsibilities
- Provide support to the team coordinating automated and logistical aspects of pre-program activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure program alignment, best practices, and support overall organizational goals
- Work closely with Founder on program design projects, providing research, analysis and implementation support as needed
- Coordinate and prepare the materials required for unforgettable client deliveries
- Ensure automated processes are delivering the desired outcomes in meeting scheduling, ranging from pre- and post- program meetings to sales and customer experience follow ups
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, quality, and customer satisfaction
- Support the excellence of materials by working with subject matter experts and content creators, including manuals, participant materials, and presentations
- Act as a reliable and confidential liaison for the Founder with the team, contractors and their family
- Collaborate with Founder, contractors and team to execute program delivery and operational plans, providing insight and recommendations to enhance performance and achieve goals
- Accomplish tasks for the Founder as required, maintaining discretion and efficiency
Skills & Experiences:
- Ability to consistently meet daily, weekly and monthly deadlines
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- French and Spanish languages an asset
- Interest in learning and development
- Your verbal and written communication skills are exceptional and professional
- You have exceptional computer skills. You can quickly learn any software package and quickly create beautiful MS Office files with ease. We use the full Microsoft Suite of products with heavy usage in Outlook, SharePoint, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
- You have an operations and administrative background
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat Pro

Reporting Structure, Location and Hours
The Operations Leader reports to the Founder and works closely with other key team members. This is a full-time, hybrid, position requiring time in the Barrie(Simcoe) area on a regular basis.
