Proven work experience as a Retail Sales Representative, Sales Associate, or similar role.

Knowledge of inventory stocking procedures

Responsible for overseeing crew attendance management.

Experience and understanding of the Truck Mate system are considered an asset

To safely and effectively control the timely flow of freight across the dock by managing the warehouse crew, doors, and equipment.

Ensuring all staff in the warehouse are following operational safety guidelines, i.e., safety vest, steel toe shoes, dock obstacles & cleanliness.

Ensure freight is secured properly using load bars.

Provide administrative support to the Ukrainian Arrivals Operation employees and volunteers.

Use computer word processing, spreadsheet and database software to prepare reports and documents.

Be responsible for maintaining and tracking changes in the databases.

Experience in cross border logistics (Ideally 5+ years)

Three years of experience in managing teams.

Experience in managing volunteer resources is an asset.

Strong oral and written communication skills.

Support the leadership in carrying out the mandate, including planning and developing mandate-related activities and projects.

Provide the Deputy Director of Operations with regular updates on all operational matters.

Proven experience in program management and development.

Good communication /presentation skills, leadership abilities, and experience working with clients and volunteers is essential.

A Bachelor's degree or one to three years job related experience or/and an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Experience with administrative tasks such as reporting, doc umentation, scheduling calls .

Develops, coordinates, implements and evaluate the delivery of the PATH program.

Participates in client discharge planning (hospitals/community support services).

Superior organizational and time management skills

Years of Experience Required: 2-5 years

Knowledge of AS400 and MS Office

Cross dock and forklift experience

Working knowledge of different types of trailer equipment

Able to multi-task and work in a fast pace environment

5 years Warehouse/Dock leadership experience,
