Good level of experience with a luxury brand and / or sustainability communications is essential.

Significant experience in public relations, having maintained direct contact with the most highly influential media throughout.

Extensive knowledge and understanding of global lifestyle/luxury/business media and direct, personal contact to leading journalists at the relevant outlets.

Significant organisational, scheduling and coordination experience.

Extensive knowledge with 5 to 10 years of progressive finance experience

Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with members of the finance team and the business

Lead the implementation of systems and solutions with a finance impact

Build and foster relationships with the business, IT and other Finance areas to evaluate and support initiatives

Cultivate a continuous improvement mindset within the finance team

In-depth knowledge and practical application of IFRS

5+ years of relevant work experience, Project Management or Operations experience preferred

Proven experience in a customer success, account management, or customer support role

Experience and knowledge of food service and hospitality operations

Project Manage the execution/implementation of Sustainability initiatives with clients

An energetic, curious, continuous learner with an interest and knowledge of sustainability in food supply chains

Highly organized, results oriented with a proven ability to execute on projects with analytical/strategic thinking skills

Coordinate and collaborate regularly with stakeholders across Finance departments and the Investment Management Division on sustainability-related financial reporting requirements.

· Manage monthly financial reporting including supervising team members and implementing best practices in the reporting process.

· All other duties as requested from time to time by the Controller and VP Finance.

· Minimum 5 years of progressive experience, with some experience leading a team.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word skills.

· Experience using Microsoft D365 and Workiva is an asset.

Identify opportunities for emissions reductions and sustainable practices within our operations and make recommendations to management.

Strong understanding of GHG accounting principles, emissions factors, and data management.

Manage and input data into our GHG data collection and reporting tool “Metrio”.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to GHG emissions reporting and sustainability metrics.

1-3 years experience in calculating and reporting greenhouse gas emissions using recognized methodologies and standards.

Experience working with ESG reporting tools such as Metrio or other equivalent platforms.

3+ years of relevant corporate experience in Sustainability or ESG, preferably in retail, consulting, or finance

Knowledge and experience with applicable global sustainability standards (Higg Index, GRI, SASB, CDP, TCFD)

Post-secondary degree in Sustainability, accounting, or equivalent experience in a related field

Enjoy working with data with advanced analytic and reporting capabilities

Advanced skills in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Strong internet research skills and developed methods for gathering research material

Experience working in a consulting environment or in a field complimentary to ESG, sustainability or energy management

Post-secondary education in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Science, Environmental Planning, or a related discipline

3-5 years of experience in corporate sustainability and ESG

Enable and support the implementation of the recently developed company ESG commitments

Coordinate the annual production of our Sustainability Report and seek new and innovative ways to automate key data points

Lead the development, review and update of various environmental, climate change and sustainability policies

Develop independently, and through collaboration with Finance colleagues, management reporting on key metrics and updates on sustainability matters and initiatives

Excellent organizational and project management skills

Project management experience in sustainability

Lead the project management, production and distribution of key reports including Fidelity’s annual Corporate Sustainability, TCFD and Sustainable Investing Reports.

Provide insight and advice to senior management on presence at key sustainability conferences.
