What You Will Do

The successful candidate will own the conception, development, and implementation of TechInsights Sustainability product – an information-based product and subscription service. Specifically, the Product Manager will provide input into the overall product strategy for content and associated deliverables. The incumbent will monitor and assess emerging developments and technical trends in the semiconductor market as it relates to Sustainability initiatives.

In detail, the successful candidate will:

Become a leader of your product portfolio

• Inform corporate investment decisions by conducting quarterly revenue planning and product status updates.
• Continually assess the changing dynamics of the serviceable addressable market (SAM) to guide sales and marketing, grow your product’s revenues, and increase market penetration.
• Work closely with teams across TechInsights to execute on your Sustainability product roadmap.
• Leverage your customer relationships to build a deep understanding of how to improve and evolve your product.
• Contribute to sales and lead gen engagements using product presentations to demonstrate the capability, value, and vision of your product.
• Communicate innovative ways of addressing market needs to internal stakeholders that help achieve strategic and revenue objectives.

Define, create, and manage the product, subscription, and content roadmap

• Evaluate product ideas relative to existing product portfolio.
• Analyze market and technology trends to identify long-term product opportunities.
• Translate product strategy into detailed functional requirements.
• Engage customers and prospects to understand longer term needs and market problems.
• Scope and prioritize activities based on business and customer impact.

Act as the product owner for TechInsights’ Sustainability Product

• Create business cases and develop overall business plans, that will be shared with the Senior Leadership Team
• Create a vision as to how the product will evolve over time.
• Continuously evaluate products to ensure alignment with current market requirements.
• Use your expertise to support subscription renewals and upsell opportunities.

Who You Are

• Ability to effectively work with clients and internal teams to distill feedback and drive consensus.
• Undergraduate degree in a field related to high-technology (computer science, electrical/computer engineering, environmental engineering), or relevant work experience - Sustainability or semiconductor experience preferred.
• High level of comfort presenting in front of groups and senior stakeholders
• Proven success in managing products through the product lifecycle from concept to deployment.
• An entrepreneurial mindset
• 7+ years of Product Management experience
