Location: Mississauga, Canada (Hybrid)

Length: Fall 2023 - Winter 2024

Are you a motivated business student looking to gain real-world experience and drive change in the business landscape? Look no further! Project Innovate Podcast seeks talented individuals to join our innovative Rotational Associate Program. As a Rotational Associate, you will have the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in various aspects of podcast production, empowering you with in-depth knowledge in copywriting, guest acquisition, networking, digital marketing, graphic design, social media management, and media broadcasting.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Collaborate with our co-hosts and team members to deliver weekly assignments and contribute to the success of the podcast.
• Participate in a monthly rotational program, gaining hands-on experience in key areas of podcast production.
• Embrace a proactive and innovative approach, seeking opportunities to improve processes and bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Work closely with our co-hosts to edit and enhance podcast audio, ensuring a seamless listening experience.
• Leverage your digital marketing skills to promote podcast episodes across multiple platforms and track analytics to optimize engagement.
• Assist in guest acquisition by communicating with potential guests, scheduling bookings, and fostering partnerships with relevant organizations.
• Develop high-quality content through copywriting, graphic design, and social media management to engage and expand our audience.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in digital tools such as Canva, social media platforms, and audio editing software (e.g., Audacity, Adobe Audition).
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Currently enrolled in a business program at UofT or similar institution.
• Self-motivated and eager to take initiative in a dynamic and collaborative team environment.
• Time Commitment: 2 to 4 hours per week, varies widely
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Passion for podcasts and a strong desire to learn and grow in the field.

Preferred (not required):

• Experience managing or working in project settings, demonstrating project management skills.
• Works well in cross-functional teams, collaborating effectively with diverse individuals.
• Ability to plan and execute events in a timely manner, with familiarity in project management software.
