We are looking for a Contract Admin to join our team and help us manage our contracts and ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You will be responsible for reviewing and negotiating contracts, preparing legal documents, and providing advice and guidance to internal stakeholders. Overview Contract Admin is responsible for managing and administering contracts between two or more parties. This includes negotiating terms, drafting contracts, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Contract Admin is also responsible for monitoring the performance of contracts and resolving any disputes that may arise. Detailed Job Description Contract Admin is responsible for managing and administering contracts between two or more parties. This includes negotiating terms, drafting contracts, and ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations. Contract Admin is also responsible for monitoring the performance of contracts and resolving any disputes that may arise. Contract Admin is responsible for researching and analyzing legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and other agreements. They must be able to interpret and explain the legal implications of these documents to all parties involved. Contract Admin must also be able to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Contract Admin must be able to effectively communicate with all parties involved in a contract. They must be able to negotiate terms and conditions that are beneficial to all parties. Contract Admin must also be able to effectively manage and resolve any disputes that may arise. Job Skills Required• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of applicable laws and regulations
• Ability to interpret and explain legal documents
• Ability to identify potential risks and develop strategies to mitigate them
• Ability to effectively manage and resolve disputes
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in business, law, or a related field
• At least 3 years of experience in contract administration
• Knowledge of contract law and principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
