Relevant professional certifications such as Certified Financial Analyst (CFA), Certified Management Accountant (CMA), and/or Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) are beneficial.

Prepares, reviews, and presents briefs and presentations to the Management Committee.

Assists in the technical development and economic justification of capital programs, as well as exploring alternative options for proposed capital projects.

Conducts studies to identify margin improvement opportunities in current refining and chemicals assets, considering the competitive landscape and market fundamentals.

5+ years of experience in chemical production operations, preferably within a startup or fast-paced environment

Demonstrated experience leading and developing high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data for decision-making and optimization

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate across teams and levels of the organization

Experience managing project including requirements gathering and risk management

The Chemical Analyst will have the following duties and responsibilities:
