Job Description

Th applicant would be responsible for the manufacturing process. The applicant would accurately measure, blend, mix and prepare batches according to companies Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs).


Responsibilities include:

  • Performing general housekeeping of compounding area.
  • Executing batch sheets accurately according to provided SOP. This includes documenting any changes and QC results
  • Assembling, operating and conducting minor repairs of equipment
  • Cleaning tanks and setting up equipment for all batches
  • Packaging products into finished product containers and labeling when required
  • Confirming compounds and accurately weighing, blending and preparing batches according to SOPs and GMPs
  • Performing other duties as assigned


Necessary skills include:

  • Accuracy in weighing both liquids & powder
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Mechanical aptitude
  • Basic understanding of chemistry: minimum High School level
  • Problem solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to rapidly changing environments
  • Well organized with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Willingness to work overtime
  • Ability to follow detailed instructions
  • Work well under pressure to complete tasks on time.
  • Strict adherence to quality and safety processes and procedures
